“I propose that the CLP develops a well-informed, robust and transparent method for selecting and developing its own priority wards; that local campaign activity should flow from this goal; that it should openly and inclusively involve members with expertise, experience and commitment beyond the Executive group and Campaign Committee and actively seek much-needed abilities and contributions in addition to door-knocking; and that it should cover a four year planning period and prepare to contest every By Election including Town and District and make plans now for fighting a General Election.”
