Gemma Lowe
Chair
Gemma, a life long Labour supporter and campaigner, moved to Newbury 12 years ago after graduating from university in Computer Studies. Gemma believes that everyone is equal and every child born should have the same opportunities and dreams as the next, regardless of the family they are born into.
A campaigner for the NHS Gemma is highly concerned of the privatisation and systematic dismantling of the NHS. Gemma also campaigns for the homeless, and is strongly opposed to austerity.
Gemma currently works as an Audit Manager in Banking and holds roles on the Women In Finance Steering Committee where she is able to work within a corporation for equality for all.
As Chair of Newbury CLP Gemma wants to give Members a safe and encouraging environment, to drive and campaign for change both on our journey and once in residence at No 10 Downing Street.
