"I promise to work to increase local housing stock, but not to the point of over development of Lambourn" Moz Bulbeck Reynolds
Moz Bulbeck Reynolds has been selected to stand as the Labour candidate for Lambourn in the West Berkshire Council elections on May 2nd.
Moz is a local Lambourn Parish Councillor, and mother & wife, to Matilda & Sean. In her day job, she spends much of her time managing pan-European systems & processes in the automotive industry. She is well versed at negotiating large multi-million pound contracts, and alongside her fellow parish councillors, has developed an in-depth knowledge of the challenges that residents face in the local area. Her combination of skills & knowledge make her a natural choice to represent the community on the West Berkshire Council.
She believes that a lack of local community based initiatives, and cuts to services, all at a time when the Tory run Council has increased your council tax, is simply ridiculous. She pledges to find better solutions to make the finances of this area work harder.
“I’m frustrated that youth services are non existent. I’m frustrated at the lack of transport options. I’m frustrated that our local roads and safety is not being addressed. And I am frustrated that the river Lambourn is not a priority for litter clearance. I know local residents are as frustrated as I am, and if elected I plan to work with the Communities, Highways, and Transport departments in the council to build better localised community services for all residents.”
She also pledges to work to improve the amount of housing stock as the Racing community continues to be affected by a lack of affordable housing provision.
“I promise to work to increase local housing stock, but not to the point of over development of Lambourn”
Moz is committed to declaring a climate emergency and working toward a carbon neutral West Berkshire Council by 2030.
